There are 2 options for Security Deposits, Refundable $500 for 1 bedrooms and $600 for 2 bedrooms or our Deposit Waiver Progam which is Non-Refundable $25/monthly

No Utilities are included in rent.
We have open parking at no costs. Additional fees are the Community Service Bundle, Deposit Waiver Program and Pet fees.

We do not offer reserved parking. However we appreciate our residents for continuously calling us home, when you hit your 5 year renewal you will get a reserved spot.
